The objective of present study was to investigate the effect of using mixture volaticle oil of rosmarinus and nigella sativa to improve some of the meat quality characteristics, physical and limited storage time of minced cold poultry meat. Duplex volaticle oil was added at 0.025, 0.050 and 0.075 g/kg to minced poultry meat, these treatments were stored individually for 0 , 4 and 7 days at 4-7C0. After making several chemical, physical and oxidation indicators, the following results were obtained:

            The process of adding volaticle oil to minced poultry meat led to significant increase (P<0.01)in moisture, protein content, pH and water holding capacity (WHC) decrease in drip loss and cooking loss percentage. Also led process of adding to significant decrease(P<0.01) in peroxide value (POV), free fatty acids (FFA) and enumerative in thiobarbituric acid (TBA), In conclusion the results revealed the possibility of using 0.025g/kg meat was the most effective mount which improved some chemical, physical and being the minimum inhibition concentration required to check lipid oxidation indices and led to safety when meat stored at 4C0 for 0,4,7 day without undesirable changes in quality.

The Mishrif reservoir (Cenomanian - Turonian) in the Z, H, B and N oilfields in southern Iraq was investigated to clarify how nickel, vanadium, asphaltene, NSO and sulfur content affect the crude oil quality. The GC-Mass and ICP-MS analyses were used to provide fruitful hydrocarbon results. Classification of crude oil based on API gravity broadly indicates the oil's density and general properties. Typically, lighter crude oils are easier to refine, yield higher percentages of valuable products such as gasoline and diesel, and have a higher market value. The Combined Effect of Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser (532 Nm) and Safranin O on the Growth of Pseudomonas Aeruginosaand its Susceptibilityto Antibiotics and Pyocyanin Production

Twenty five samples out of sixty wound swabs taken from burn patients were identified as P. aeruginosabacteria by conventional methods. Antibiotics susceptibility tests were performed against thirteen antibiotics. P. aeruginosa samples were treated with 0.5 mg/ml of Safranin O solution then irradiated with 532nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at four energy densities (0.324, 0.704, 1.380, and 1.831 J/cm2) for different times of 5, 8 and 11 minutes with 5Hz repetition rate. The viability, susceptibility to antibiotic and production of pyocyanin were determined before and after irradiation.
