In order to have an idea about what happens in Iraqi food establishments in relation to implement quality management system ISO 9001, this study was performed to show the actual situation of Iraqi food establishments concerning quality management system (ISO 9001:2015), reasons of implementing, factors that hinder implementing and problems faced high administration for getting establishments certification ISO 9001:2015. The study demonstrated from the questionnaire some difficulties to implement ISO 9001 for both of establishments that implemented the quality system or which in implementing of this international standard. The most important problems during implementing were business culture and costs and the most important problems during getting certification were auditors and costs.
This experiment was performed to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with linseed on egg quality of laying quail. A total of 320 9-week-old Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) 9-wk old were allocated to 4 treatment groups with 4 replicates containing 20 quail each. Birds were fed a commercial diet containing 0% (C), 2% (T1), 4% (T2), or 6% (T3) linseed. Birds received water and diet ad libitum during the total period of the experiment. Show MoreBeta-lactamase was purified from local isolate Klebsiella pneumonia by several steps included precipitation with ammonium sulphate at 20-40% saturation, DEAE- ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration on Sephacryl S-200 column. The obtained purification fold and recovery were 32.66; 47.04% respectively. The characterization of the purified beta-lactamase showed that the molecular weight was about 4000 daltons as determined by gel filtration.Purified enzyme had an optimal pH of 7 for activity and an optimal stability between pH 6.5-7.5, results shows that the optimal temperature appear to be 35 ? C .During storage the enzyme retained 72% at -20 ? C and retained 25% of the activity at the same period at 4 ? C.
