Water samples were collected from output of water for Al-Wahda plant where located in al-karrada area in Baghdad city to study water contamination with bacteria, fungi and Algae. The study lasted one year started on August, 2016 to July,2017.Results were acquired according to two tests performed, the first is biological test included total coliform,E.coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, total fungi, Diatom and non Diatom Algae and the second is physiochemical test included temperature, turbidity and residual chlorine. The results of bacteria were within the permitted specification in the Iraqi standards no. 14/2270 for the year 2015 except August was exceeded the permitted standard for total coliform, it was 1.1< cell/100 ml.Total Fungi, Diatom and non Diatom Algae were exceeded the permitted standard for Syrian potable water no 45/2007. Total fungi between 0-10 cfu/ml, Diatom algae value between 7533-16300 cell/l and non diatom between 6533-39200 cell/l. Temperature for water 10.4-33.33 oC, turbidity value between 3.4-57 NTU and residual chlorine between 0.9-4.98 mg/l.
The aqueous extract of banana fruits peal was tested for its effect on mitosis . The root tips of Allium cepa were used as plant test system and the bone marrow cells of the albino mice Mus musculus were used as mammalians test system in vivo .Root tips of Allium cepa were treated for four hours with five concentrations of the extract (5 , 10 , 20 , 40 ,60 mg / ml.).The Metaphase was arrested in all the treatments , the highest percentage ( 100 % ) was recorded in the first concentration , the last concentration caused stickiness and clumping of the chromosomes. The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
