Microbial activity of Ellagic acid when mixed with some types of candy toward Streptococcus mutans microorganism was studied. The main purpose of carrying out this study is to produce a new type of candy that contains Ellagic acid in addition to xylitol instead of sucrose to prevent dental caries. The results show that the inhibitory action of Ellagic acid was more effective when mixed with this type of candy for the purpose of reducing Streptococcus mutans microorganisms, while sensory evaluation was applied in this study to 20 volunteers to that candy sample evaluated which contain (5 mg/ml) Ellagic acid with 100g xylitol to determine consumers acceptability of this sample of candy. The results were expressed as mean value, slandered deviation of the variables, in this in vitro and in vivo study which data processing and analysis were carried out by using SPSS program, as the limit of significance, when the analysis was accepted at P<0.05.

Lactobacillus acidophilus and Candida albicans isolates two of each isolate. All cold water
extracts exhibited antimicrobial activity against all tested microorganisms. The largest zone of
inhibition was obtained against Candida albicans isolates. Streptococcus mutans isolates and
one isolate of Lactobacillus acidophilus showed no effect in 300mg\ml concentration of
Thymus vulgaris extract,while the same concentration of Rosmarinus officinalis extract had
no effect on all Streptococcus mutans isolates and Lactobacillus acidophilus isolates

The copolymer composition has been determined by elemental analysis. The monomer reactivity ratios have been calculated by the Kelen-Tudos and Finman-Ross graphical procedures. The derived reactivity ratios (r1, r2) are: (0.620, 0.996) for (AM / AA) systems , and found that the reactivity of the monomer AA is more than the monomer AM in the copolymerization of (AA/AM) system. The measurement of uranium concentration in human urine is very important in assessment of occupational and public exposure to uranium. In the present work, the fission track technique was used to decide uranium concentration in blood of Kidneys Failure Patients in Al- Muthanna Governorate. The uranium concentration values in urine samples of Kidneys Failure Patients ranged between 0.92 to 4.87 , while Healthy group results were ranged 0.91 to 1.82 .
