Large – Almusseiyab soils survey project in mid Mesopotamian plain have
been chosen , because of its variation in soil series and reiteration map units, to
calculate the roundness of map units and roundness sorting values, in order to use
them as a pattern of map units shapes which help in interpret the distribution and
shapes of map units, which they were (18) soil series in (141) reiteration. Calculate
each map units roundness have been done and its value ranged between (0.09) to
(0.51), The average of roundness ranged between (0.250) for each MM1, MW5
soil series ,and (0.317) for DW45 . 99.30 % of samples were not good roundness

The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.

This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Results have shown no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the sample’s expectations of the study’s variables.

The study concludes with a list of recommendations such as working on developing training pro
