The method estimator (GLS) is efficient because it takes into account the covariance structure of errors, but it is also very sensitive to outliers. The robust SUR estimator can dealing outliers. scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as

that counseling needs obtain the heighest average. As well as, the results of the study revealed
