The problem of informal settlements in Iraqi is one of the most serious problems due
to its economic, social and security impacts which jeopardize the society safety and stability.
This study investigates the present situation of informal settlements in the Baghdad
governorates as well as approaches followed in making decisions to either upgrade or remove
those areas. Requirements of each decision are also discussed.
Study methods relied on both office and field studies to collect data and information

The adsorption of Pb(II) ions onto bentonite and activated carbon was investigated. The effects of pH, initial adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature were studied in batch experiments. The maximum adsorption capacities for bentonite and activated carbon were 0.0364 and 0.015 mg/mg, respectively. Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy change, Enthalpy change and Entropy change have been calculated. Objective: to identify the secondary school adolescent's obesity, and to find out the relationship between

Methodology: A cross-sectional study was carried out among 537 adolescents (270 boys and 267 girls) aged 12-15

 Foreign direct investment has seen increasing interest worldwide, especially in developing economies. However, statistics have shown that Yemen received fluctuating FDI inflows during the period under study. Against this background, this research seeks to determine the relationship and impact of interest rates on FDI flows. The study also found other determinants that greatly affected FDI inflows in Yemen for the period 1990-2018. Study data collected from the World Bank and International Monetary Fund databases. The infection rate was higher among males 15.7% than females 6%, these rates were
increased when concentration method was employed up to 54.8% for males and 8.7% for
females significantly.
Most infected orphans were found to harbor single parasite followed by double, triple
parasites.
The highest rate of infection was found among young age group (1-5) years old, while
the older age groups got lowest rates.
