The research, entitled: "The Development Theory of Women's Empowerment in Islamic Sharia Law ", aims to show the means of human development for women through the texts of the Quran and Sunnah. It talked about the concept of human development for women, the goals of women's empowerment in legislative texts, the goals of human development in empowering women, the developmental aspect of women in the Sunnah of the Prophet, the integration of development in Islamic Sharia Law , and then the conclusion and sources.

The current study aimed to examine the histomorphological features of the oral salivary ducts and the peacock tongue (Pavo cristatus) of this species. In this study, eight healthy adult peacocks were used after collecting them from a commercial market in Baghdad to investigate and describe the tongue in these bird species. After being euthanized, they were killed by cutting off the major neck blood vessels and bleeding until death; the tongue was identified. The present work included new information about pollen of eighteen Spp. of Stachys  L. in Iraq ;showed their importance in diagnostsis.

Pollen shapes in equatorial view were ellipsoid in most spp .and spherical - subspherical ,  spherical - subprolate and  subprolate -

ellipsoid in others; while they were spherical - subspherical in polar

view . Pollen was tricolpate except St.iberica  M.B.georgica Rech.f. &

Ten. Which has tetracolpate and that was new for the genus.

The smallest pollen were seen in St.kotschyi  Boiss. & Hohen. but the biggest were in St.benthamiana Boiss.
