This research aims to identify the challenges faced by families of children with intellectual disabilities and to identify the impact of the challenges facing them on the mental health of their children with intellectual disabilities. Studies have been reported that Gotu Kola extracts might be used as a cure for oral diseases such as periodontal disease. Factorial experiment in RCBD was used with three replications in tow Factors .
