Uncompleted Personality and it’s relation with Some Variables of the University Students

The researcher aims to  detect the emotive equanimity in kindergartens teachers,also to uncover the anxiousness in children of kindergartens,then to detect the relationship between them,then to choose the simple random way which is about(180) teachers and children,when the twore searchers made two tools to measure the emotive equanimity and the anxiety for both teachers and children,statistical methods had been used include:(pearsons correlation coefficient,t-test for one sample,t-test for two independent samples are individuals).the researcher led to multiple results:

1-the teacher has an emotive equanimity.

2-children has no anxiousness.

The Current status of biomedical waste of solid, liquid and gaseous formulations from medical and educational laboratories in Iraqi universities and research centers was assessed using a well-structured questionnaire. To determine the important pathogenic role of celiac disease in triggering several autoimmune disease, thirty patients with Multiple Sclerosis of ages (22-55) years have been investigated and compared with 25 healthy individuals. One of the most important problems of Iraqi construction projects is the cost variances, so it is important to identify the problems and shortcomings that cause poor cost control. Through the utilization of questionnaires, the study evaluated how project costs were managed and reported. The questionnaire was distributed to 180 professionals working in the Iraqi construction sector, with a response rate of 91%. The results showed that a high percentage of projects are implemented with a difference between real and estimated costs, and the process of documenting cost data needs to be more secure.
