This study aims to identify the forgiveness level among gifted students and its relation to the self-awareness. The study sample consisted of (207) students were randomly chosen, they are integrated in secondary schools in Abha / Saudi Arabia. The correlative, analytical descriptive method was adopted. Two scales were adopted by the researcher: The forgiveness scale prepared by Rye et al (2001) which translated to Arabic by Al-Mahasneh (2017) and the self-awareness scale which prepared by Al-Ghezwani (2017). The study results indicated the following: the forgiveness level among the talented students was high, the self-awareness level among talented students was high, and there is a positive statistically significant relationship

This study included 50 blood serum samples that collected from children with age ranged between 7-12 years. Thirty five samples collected from children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1D), and 15 blood serum samples collected from healthy children as a control sample. The polymorphism of IL-4 -590 (C>T) gene, which amplified by using amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS-PCR) was showed high percentage of C allele frequency in T1D patients sample in comparison with T allele frequency, and the C allele revealed as etiological faction with risk by having T1D disease, whereas the T allele showed high frequency from the C allele frequency in control sample, and the T allele revealed as preventive faction from infection by this disease.

The aim of this study is to measure leucine aminopeptidase activity and partially purifying the enzyme from sera of patients with diabetes nephropathy The results of this study revealed that Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activity of nephropathy patient’s serum shows a high signifiacant increase (p < 0.001) compared to that of the healthy subjects.LAP was purified from the serum of patients with diabetes nephropathy by dialysis and gel filtration (Se
