Naproxen is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect. It is extensively bound to plasma albumin, and exhibits gastric toxicity, so it may be more efficient to deliver the drug in its sustained release dosage form and adequate blood level is achieved. Large middle turbinates or septal deflections compressing the ethmoidal nerves have been regarded as one of the causes of this pain in those who have their sinus computed tomography (CT) clear.
Fac Med Baghdad Objectives: To evaluate the xylocaine test as a prognostic aid for surgical treatment for Sluder's 2007; Vol. 49, No.3 neuralgia.
