In this research a study of some electrical properties Of (Te) thin films with(S) impurities of(1.2%) were deposited at( Ó¨=700)by thermal evaporation technique .The  thicknesses of deposited films were (1050 , 1225 , 1400 , 1575  nm) on a glass substrates of different dimensions . From X-ray diffraction spectrum, the films are polycrystalline .A study of (I-V) characteristic for thin films, the measurements of electrical conductivity (σ)and electrical resistance(R )vs. temperature( T) are done. The structural, optical properties of cupper indium gallium selenite (CuIn1-xGaxSe) have been studied. CuIn1-xGaxSe thin films for x=0.6 have been prepared by thermal evaporation technique, of 2000±20 nm thickness, with rate of deposition 2±0.1 nm/sec, on glass substrate at room temperature. Heat treatment has been carried out in the range (373-773) K for 1 hour. It demonstrated from the XRD method that all the as-deposited and annealed films have polycrystalline structure of multiphase. In this work, oral lesions belong to 17 patients, 7 males and 10 females. Their ages range between 15 and 45 years. Follow up was conducted after one day, 7 days, 14 days, one month, and finally 3 months postoperatively. The study lasted for 1.5 year. Surgical diode laser with wavelength of 810 ± 20 nm, with two power levels of 10 and 15 W were used in contact and in non-contact mode via optical fiber. The thermal degradation of rice husk was studied. The characteristics and thermal degradation behavior of rice husk which investigated using thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). Hydrochloric acid was used to soak the rice husk and the study of leaching influence is followed by XRF tests for samples before and after the combustion process.   The study is focused on the modification of the standardized newspaper with natural polymers chitosan and keratin hydrolysate applied on the paper surface from polymer solution. This modification is based particularly on the formation of the complexes between acidic surface groups on cellulose fibers and the natural polymers which improved the mechanical properties of the paper and the positive results which were observed particularly in folding endurance of the newspaper.
