The acute toxicity effects of (2,4-D) pesticide to the common carp and grass carp was determined through 24, 48, 72 and 96 hr. Group of eight Common carp (Cyprinus carpio L., 1758; Pisces, Cyprinidae) and group of eight of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) were exposed to the 2,4-d. Lethal concentration (LC50) was determined with probit analysis. The median lethal concentration (LC50) values for common and grass carp were (157.77, 157.25, 156.41 and 152.62) and (115.92, 114.92, 112.94 and 96.52) respectively. Behavioral changes of the above mentioned species were examined for various herbicide concentrations.

This study highlights the evaluation of the Dectin-1 receptor and cytokine IL-37 in the serum of 80 patients who had miscarried in the first trimester and were infected with toxoplasmosis, as well as 40 pregnant women in the first trimester who had a successful pregnancy (control groups). This research aims to study the structural analysis of the 2D reflection seismic data for the Judaida subsurface structure located in Kirkuk province, northern Iraq. It is located 60 Km southwest of Kirkuk oil field, and 35 Km southwest of Jambur oil field, the Daquq River passes through the study area. The reflectors in the seismic section were picked and identified by using the synthetic seismograms generated from the logs data of the Jd-1 well. Three main seismic reflectors, Fatha, Jeribe, and the Euphrates were chosen.
