The aim of this study was the isolation and characterization of Klebsiella pneumonia from 160 urine samples of patients hospitalized in children hospital in AL-Ramadi Proveng during October 2006 to May 2008. Also determination of the susceptibility of K. pneumoniae against a number of antibiotics to explain resistance mechanism for these antibiotics by using interpretative reading to avoid using it in treatment.           Forty two isolates were detected as K. pneumoniae with resistance to a number of antibiotics . This study was aimed to determine the mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in exon 3 and 7 of estrogen receptor beta (ESR2) gene in women with breast cancer from Iraq. Different samples (blood, fresh tissue with blood from same patient, and formalin fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE) were collected from women with breast cancer. Molecular analysis exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 has been studied by using PCR. It was found exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 were revealed as a single band with size 151 and 157 bp, respectively.      This study was established to discover and determine multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae from women suffering urinary tract infections, specifically in Mosul city. A total of 62 E. coli and 32 K. pneumoniae bacterial isolates were considered for this study. We studied 263 hypertensive patients and 166 healthy subjects as a control group. The aim was inhibitory efficiency for some aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Cumin, Fenugreek, Sweet Fennel and Black cumin in growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
