The method was based on the formation  of  ion pair for the pinkish banana color  precipitate by the reaction of Mebeverine hydrochloride with Phosphotungstic acid. We aimed to study the possible relationship between C reactive protein level and the severity of symptoms and its effect on the prognosis of the disease.
