Two well-known fluorescent molecules: fluorescein sodium salt (FSS) and 2,7-dichloro fluorescein (DCF) were tried to prove the efficiency, trustability and repeatability of ISNAG fluorimeter by using discrete and continuous flow injection analysis modes.A linear range of 0.002-1 mmol/L for FSS and 0.003-0.7 mmol/L was for DCF, with LOD 0.0018 mmol/L and 0.002 mmol/L for FSS and DCF respectively, were obtained for discrete mode of analysis. This study was conducted to investigate the presence of Staphylococcus aureus in the red and white meat available in local markets. They were selected ten samples of red and white meat randomly (Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Brazil) from different markets in Baghdad, and the results of reading the nutrition facts of media indication card showed that all models confirm to the Iraqi standard quality in terms of scanning all data of the media indication card, except for the birds of Bayader, where the date of expire & production date of the product was not mentioned.   In this research, the concentration of radon gas was calculated in the book store rooms of schools in Diyala Governorate, it was calculated by Solid State Nuclear Track Detectors (SSNTDS) when the detector (CR-39) was used, the detector was placed and suspended at a distance of 160 cm from the surface of the earth, and the detector was exposed for 30 days to record alpha tracks. The results of radon concentration showed that the highest concentration percentage was found in (Eishtar) school, which was equal to (84.896) Bq/m³, while the lowest value was recorded in (Habhib) school, which was equal to (11.242) Bq/m³, where the concentration rate was equal to (28.158) Bq/m³.
