Background: Increasing interest in quality of life (QoL) is the new approach for understanding and improvement of health care. Although there are many studies about quality of life, there is deficiency of data about quality of life of peoples survived from terroristic explosions.Objectives: To study the QoL for peoples survived from terroristic explosions and compare it with that of a controlled people. Methods: This study was conducted between, 1st of July till 31st of December 2013. The sample of this study was collected from peoples attending the outpatient clinics in four primary health care centers, Baghdad city (2 from Rusafa and 2 from Karkh). 183 individuals proved to be exposed to terroristic explosion and 199 individual not exposed to such event were recruited and Arabic version of the World Health Organization (WHO) self-reporting questionnaire (WHO-QoL-BRIEF) was used to assess the QoL.Results: This study revealed that peoples exposed to event of terroristic explosion show a serious defect in all domains of QoL (physical, psychological, social and environmental) as compared with that for non exposed peoples to such accidents in the same areas of the study.Conclusions: This study showed that peoples survived from terroristic explosions have a low QoL indicators as compared with those not exposed to such trauma .
: Partial purification of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK) from type 2 diabetic patients sera take place using some purification steps such as participation with ammonium sulphate (55-80%) and filtered through dialysis, then ion exchange chromatography by DEAE sepharose anion column, gel filtration chromatography by sephadex G-100 column. Quantitative screening appeared that Saccharomyces cerevisiae S4 was the highest chitinase producer specific activity 1.9 unit/mg protein. The yeast was culture in liquid and solid state fermentation media (SSF). Different plant obstanases were used for (SSF) with the chitine, while liquid media contained chitine with the diffrented nitrogen source. The favorable condition for chitinase producers were incubated at 30 ºC at pH 6 and 1% colloidal chitine.

The purpose of the current research is to identify the most important problems that primary school students suffer from inside and outside the classroom from the point of view of their teachers. A sample of (100) male and female teachers was chosen from the Rusafa\ second Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019). The research tool was prepared after reviewing literature related to the issue of problems and difficulties facing students or students in the school stage and even at university. The researcher reached several results that were discussed in the fourth chapter, with a set of conclusions based on the results of the research, and come up with several recommendations and suggestions.
