The present study was conducted to investigate effect of prey type on the relationship between age of females of Macrocyclops albidus and reproductive performance, which included each of mean number of nauplii, age at first brood, and age at first clutch. Results revealed that the correlation coefficient between the age at first brood and clutch and age of females fed on Artemia was significant P <0.05, being 0.65 and 0.81 respectively, while the correlations were not significant P>0.05 in females fed on mosquito larvae (Culex quinquefasciatus) and Paramecium nauplii.      In this paper, the oscillatory properties and asymptotic behaviour of a third-order three-dimensional neutral system are discussed.  Some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure that all bounded positive solutions of the system are oscillatory or non-oscillatory.  On the other hand, the non-oscillatory solutions either converge or diverge when  goes to infinity. A special technique is adopted to include all possible cases. The obtained results include illustrative examples.

The enhancement of ZnSe/Si Heterojunction by adding some elements (V, In and Cu) as impurities is the main goal because they contribute to the manufacturing of renewable energy equipment, such as solar cells. This paper describes the preparation of thin films ZnSe with V, In and Cu doped using thermal evaporation method with a vacuum of 10–5 Torr. The thin film was obtained from this work could be applied in heterojunction solar cell because of several advantages including high absorption coefficient value and direct band gap.
