Background: Prolapsed intervertebral disc is an important and common cause of low backache. MRI has now become universally accepted investigation for prolapsed intervertebral disc. We, however, regularly come across situations, when MRI shows diffuse disc bulges, even at multiple levels, which cannot be correlated clinically and when such cases are operated, no significant disc prolapse is found resulting in negative exploration.Objective: To evaluate the role of M.R.I. finding not only for diagnosis of disc herniation at lumbar region but also for localization the level of herniationMethods: A prospective study on seventy five symptomatic low backache and MRI confirmed prolapsed intervertebral disc patients at lumbo-sacral region were operated on, all of the cases required excision of disc through posterior approach in knee elbow position. The time between MRI taken and surgery was two weeks, from which the data were taken in a questioner forma which include name , age ,gender , occupation , chief complaint , duration, MRI findings and intra operative finding , from June 2011 to October 2013 at Al- Kindy teaching hospital .Results: In our study 75 patients were diagnosed by clinical examination and MRI finding to have disc herniation at lumbar region . The female more than male( 36 females , 12 males) and the ratio was 5-1, the accuracy of MRI against intra operative finding in deciding the provisional diagnosis as disc herniation was 68% .The commonest site was L4-5 disc herniation 43 patients (57.3 % ) , and L5-S1 prolapse is the next common disc herniation level 27 patient (36 % ) , L3-L4 disc herniation was two cases (2.7 %) and L4-L5 ,L5-S1 disc herniation was 3 cases (4% ).Conclusion: The most common level was L4-5 followed by L5S1.The MRI is more accurate in diagnosis of the lumbo-sacral disc herniation and its level in single one is more than multiple levels.Keywords: Disc herniation, MRI, Surgery, posterior approachAl

Children who have a health problem need special requirements for their clothes. The purpose of the study is to design functional and aesthetic clothes to meet their needs. The research used the applied descriptive approach. The research sample comprised 120 women whose children suffered from hip dislocation. Designs for injured children presented and submitted to the arbitrators for evaluation regarding the functional and aesthetic aspects. The finding was achieving the design solutions. The most important recommendations are to increase attention to designing clothes to suit all the needs of society.
This letter dealt with one of the most prominent verbal and contractual issues, which are the similarities of the legal texts, or the so-called news features. The scholars differed as to their interpretation. Most of the verbal schools went on to interpret these texts in a valid interpretation according to the data of the Arabic language, in order to preserve them from the divine self's pronouncement of similar creatures, while we find that the ancestors kept it on its surface with delegating its meanings to God Almighty. This is what Burhan al-Din al-Kurani suggested in this letter, declaring his total rejection of interpretation.
This research investigates the adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics of nitrogen from air using packed bed of Li-LSX zeolite to get medical oxygen. Experiments were carried out to estimate the produced oxygen purity under different operating conditions: input pressure of 0.5 – 2.5 bar, feed flow rate of air of 2 – 10 L.min-1 and packing height of 9-16 cm. The adsorption isotherm was studied at the best conditions of input pressure of 2.5 bar, the height of packing 16 cm, and flow rate 6 Lmin-1 at ambient temperature, at these conditions the highest purity of oxygen by this system 73.15 vol % of outlet gas was produced. Three isolates of P. aeruginosa were isolated from burnt patients. The ability of these isolates for adhesion and formation of slime layer were tested, the result showed that all isolates were able to adherence on the smooth surface. The sensitivity of P. aeruginosa isolates for antibiotics were tested , all isolates were sensitive to Gentamycin, Piperacillin and Amikacin Ciprofloxacin, and resist to Tetracyclin, Amoxicillin, Cephalexine , Ceftriaxone.
