Intrauterine insemination outcome with and without ovulation induction treatment
...Show More Authors

Background:: Infertility is a very common condition affecting approximately 13-14% of couples in the reproductive age. In general population; about 85% of couples have achieved conception within a year. Intrauterine insemination is one of the procedure which have a role in the treatment of infertile couple. Objectives:is to confirm that the use of ovulation induction in the course of intrauterine insemination elevates the pregnancy success rate.Method:This study had been conducted between December 2013 till December 2014 in AL-Elwiyah maternity hospital and AL-Samaraii hospital / Baghdad. On history and clinical examination; the chosen couple had the following criteria; primary infertility for more than one year, no previous IUI trials, husbands with normal seminal fluid analysis, wives in reproductive age group; with regular cycles of 24 – 35 days, body mass index (18-26)kg/m2, normal body contour, no galactorrhea nor hirsutism, normal uterine cavity and patent fallopian tubes by hysterosalpingography. Total number of cases is 76; had been divided into two groups who underwent IUI schedule, 38 cases preceded by ovulation induction and the other 38 cases had spontaneous ovulation by showing a single dominant Graffian follicle size of 18 mm measured by daily vaginal ultrasound. Results:During the study period; the total number of married women participated in the study were 76; divided into two groups. The first group contains 38 women who had the inclusion criteria of our research, underwent IUI after follow up and confirmed spontaneous ovulation, the second group included 38 women who also had the same inclusion criteria and underwent IUI after effective ovulation induction. 5 cases became pregnant while 33 cases didn’t conceive, while in the second group with ovulation induction; 12 cases became pregnant while the remaining 26 cases failed to conceive;Theoverall pregnancy rate was highest(31%) in the group treated with ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination in comparison with the other group which revealed a pregnancy rat.e of only (13%).Conclusion:For fertile couple in which no recognized cause for her infertility ;as for history;clinical examination and investigation are concerned, then combination of ovulation induction with intrauterine inseminationis an effective means for achieivingpregnancyrate by 31%compared with only 13%pregnancy rate in naturally ovulation cycle.

A survey Study to Measure the level of Motivation a Squash lesson for junior students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences
...Show More Authors

Human behavior is one of the topics that has captured the attention of researchers throughout the ages, and motivation is one of the manifestations of this behavior, which indicates the extent of interest in a particular topic and their unwillingness to rush towards a particular topic. The topic of motivation is one of the important topics of interest to the teacher and coach in the field of sports. The aim of this research was identifying the level of motivation for junior students, and the differences in the dimensions of motivation for junior students in squash lessons. We used the descriptive survey method, and the research sample was chosen randomly. Only male of the junior students in the College of Phys

Evaluation of the Lingual Splitting Patterns and the Lateral Bone Cut Ends Following Mandibular Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy Using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
...Show More Authors

The bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) is the most popular orthognathic procedure performed by maxillofacial surgeons to treat skeletal class II and class III and to correct mandibular asymmetries. The study aimed to evaluate the lingual splitting patterns and lateral bone cut end (LBCE) in bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) and their relation with the ramal thickness and the presence of impacted third molars using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). This prospective observational study included patients with mandibular prognathism who were treated with BSSO with or without Le Fort I osteotomy. Cone beam computed tomography was used to measure the ramal thickness preoperatively and to evaluate the LBCE, and the lingu

This study aims to explore the impact of the interaction of the university leadership and the university organizational environment on the performance level of the staff at Al-Maaqal university. This university was chosen as a field of study because it is a new university and needs studies that develops and contributes to improve its overall performance. The problem defined by the following question: to what extent does the interaction of the university leadership and the university organizational environment affect the performance level of the teaching staff at AlMaaqal University?). The method of this study adopted a major hypothesis in which there is a statistically significant effect of university leadership and university environment o

Abstract
in the present article, we present the peristaltic motion of “Hyperbolic Tangent nanofluid” by a porous area in a two dimensional non-regular a symmetric channel with an inclination under the impact of inclination angle under the impact of inclined magnetic force, the convection conditions of “heat and mass transfer” will be showed. The matter of the paper will be further simplified with the assumptions of long wave length and less “Reynolds number”. we are solved the coupled non-linear equations by using technical analysis of “Regular perturbation method” of series solutions. We are worked out the basic equations of continuity, motion, temperature, and volume fraction
... Show More

This research aims to clarify the role of Information Technology Competency (ITC) with dimensions' (IT Usage, IT Knowledge, and IT Operations) as an independent variable in the activation of Human Resources Management Practices (HRM Practices) as a dependent variable with dimensions' (Training and Development, Recruitment, Job Design, and Performance appraisal). Based on this, the correlation and effect relationships between the independent and dependent variables are determined by formulating two main hypotheses. There are a significant relationship and effect of IT competency with HRM practices within the dimensions. Furthermore, the scope and population of this research are the Informatics and Communications P

The topological parameters of the metal-metal and metal-ligand bonding interactions in a trinuclear tetrahydrido cluster [(Cp*Co) (CpRu)2 (μ3-H) (μ-H)3]1 (Cp* = η5 -C5Me4Et), (Cp = η5 -C5Me5), was explored by using the Quantum Theory of Atoms-in-Molecules (QTAIM). The properties of bond critical points such as the bond delocalization indices δ (A, B), the electron density ρ(r), the local kinetic energy density G(r), the Laplacian of the electron density ∇2ρ(r), the local energy density H(r), the local potential energy density V(r) and ellipticity ε(r) are compared with data from earlier organometallic system studies. A comparison of the topological processes of different atom-atom interactions has become possible than

Abstract

This work is considered the first study for the components of the Iraqi Leucaena leucocephala plant, where the different phytochemical compounds that present in the aerial parts were identified by using the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry technique (GC/MS). The type of the components and their concentration will differ according to the part of the plant used and the method of extraction (hot and cold). This study made a comparison in lupeol concentration that was identified and isolated from petroleum ether fractions of Leucaena leucocephala by using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS), High-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC), and Preparative High-Performance Li
