Objective(s): To measure the level of job satisfaction and job performance of nurses and to find out
the association between participants' socio-demographic characteristic of nurse and their job
satisfaction and job performance.
Methodology: A descriptive analytic study design was carried out to measure the nurses' level of job
satisfaction and job performance in Al-Suwaira general hospital and to find out the association between
nurses and their socio-demographic characteristic. The study was started from March 5th, 2017 to
September 31th, 2017. The sample was Non - probability (purposive) sample of (100) nurses were
selected according to the study that are actual working in nursing department in Al-Suwaira General<

Euphrates River extends about 125 km within the study area located in Annassiriyah City, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq. The impact of the seven hydraulic structures on the discharge capacity of the Euphrates River needs to be considered. The main objectives of this research are to increase the discharge capacity of Euphrates River within Annassiriyah City during flood seasons and study the impact of these hydraulic structures on the river capacity by using HEC-RAS 5.0.3 software. Five scenarios were simulated to study the different current condition of Euphrates River within Annassiriyah City. There are a lot of measures for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but what distinguishes it from other measures is the number of short paragraphs and concise depending on the classification of American Psychiatric Association (APA), which can be applied by the researchers on a large number, Because the Iraqi society suffered from psychological trauma due to wars, conflicts and occupation and the resulting psychological disorders of the members of Iraqi society, especially post-traumatic stress disorder, as mentioned by many studies and researches.

The aim of this research is to determine how well the Cubing Technique affects the Iraqi EFL students' composition writing, vocabulary, and meta-cognitive awareness of writing strategies. The sample of (64) secondary-school female students in the fifth grade is drawn from two classrooms and split into two equal groups: the experimental group and the control group, each of which consists of (32) students.
