A Backstepping technique is used to apply the effect of PID controller to blood glucose level since there is no direct relation between insulin infusion (the manipulated variable) and glucose level in Bergman’s system model subjected to an oral glucose tolerance test by applying a meal translated into a disturbance. A thin film of SnSe were deposited by thermal evaporation technique on 400 ±20 nm thick glass substrates of these films were annealed at different temperatures (100,150,200 ⁰C), The effect of annealing on the characteristics of the nano crystalline SnSe thin films was investigated using XRD, UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), and Hall effect measurements. A New Mannich base [N-(4-morpholinomethyl)-1,8-naphthalimide] (L), was synthesized and characterized by C.H.N analysis, FTIR, UV-Vis and 1HNMR spectral analysis. Metal ion complexes of (L) with Pt(IV), Rh(III), Ru(III) and Pd(II) ions were prepared and characterized by FT-IR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis (C.H.N), flame atomic absorption techniques as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements.
