Tridentate Schiff base ligand L2 and its complexes with nickel(II), cobalt (II), copper (II), manganese (II) and mercury (II) ions have been synthesized by the condensation of 4Aminoantipyrine, Benzoin, then the ligand (L1) and 3-amino benzoic acid. The ligand and its complexes were described by 1H-&13C-NMR, UV-visible, FT-IR, (only ligand), molar conductance elemental, analysis and magnetic susceptibility, calculations. It has been set that the ligand acts as (N, N, O) neutral tridentate forming chelates with stoichimetry (metal: ligand) (1:1). all metal complexes is suggested Octahedral configuration.  The junction between  polythiophene,  a conducting  polymer formed by  electrochemical polymerization,  and n-type silicon was  studied the temperature and doping dependencies were observed in the junction characteristics. The increase of junction  temperature leads to increase the saturation current, the barrier height, and decrease of the ideality factor for  junction. While the reduction in doping concentration causes a decrease  in the forward current. The results were  explained  according to the conventional  Schottky diode theories.

The wake potential and wake phenomena for swift proton in an amorphous carbon target were studied by utilising various dielectric function formalisms, including the Drude dielectric function, the Drude–Lorentz dielectric function and quantum dielectric function. The Drude model results exhibited a damped oscillatory behaviour in the longitudinal direction behind the projectile; the pattern of these oscillations decreases exponentially in the transverse direction. In addition, the wake potential extends slightly ahead of the projectile which also depends on the proton coordinate and velocity. In this paper , the CO2 laser receiver system is designed and studied, with wavelength laser 10.6 ?m in room temperature , and to evaluate the performance and discussion it via the package of optical design (ZEMAX), from its output the Spot Diagram is measured through RMS ,and from the Ray fan plot , the aberrations is found which is the normal error for the best focus named (under corrected ) , the other output was the Geometric Encircled Energy in the spot diagram . and found that the radius of spot diagram at 80% (R80%) from the total energy ,and focal shift .The designed system have high efficiency and low cost .

This study was amied to determine the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and skin disorders, sixty six patients who suffering from skin diseases (Urticaria and atopic dermatitis) who attended at Dermatological Clinic Al-Numan Teaching Hospital. Fifty isolates of Bacillus spp were obtained from rhizosphere soil of compositae
plant roots. The ability of inulinase production by these isolates was screened.
Bacillus Be9, which isolated from soil of lettuce root, was the highest inulinase
producer; it was identified as Bacillus cereus. Optimal culture medium and
condition for inulinase production were determinatd; the highest inulinase
production was obtained when the bacteria was cultured in inulin medium which
contained 0.5% inulin, 0.4% peptone as carbon and nitrogen source at pH 7.0
inoculated with 1ml of bacterial suspension and incubated at 40˚C for 48hrs.
