In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO₂ (are synthesized by sol– gel simple method. Thin films of sol, gel, and sol- gel on relatively flat glass substrates are applied with Spin coating technique with multilayers. The optical and morphological properties (studied using AFM) of TiO₂ layers show good properties, with particles diameters less than 4 nm for all prepared samples and have maximum length 62 nm for TiO₂ gel thin films of three layers. The results show low roughness values for all films especially for 4 layers sol (8.37nm), which improve the application in dye sensitive solar cell (DSSc)         .

In this research, salbutamol sulphate (SAS) has been determined by a simple, rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method. Salbutamol sulphate in this method is based on the coupling of SAS with diazotized ρ- bromoaniline reagent in alkaline medium of Triton X-100 (Tx) to form an orange azo dye which is stable and water-soluble. The azo dye is exhibiting maximum absorption at 441 nm. toxoplasmosis among 294 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients treated with
methotrexate (MTX), 50 RA patients without treatment and 50 samples as

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorder. To determine the metabolic disorders in women with PCOS, (25) women with PCOS ages (15 - 47) years have been investigated and compared with (20) healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure fasting blood sugar, (anti-GAD Ab, anti β-islet cell Ab by IFAT) and measured insulin level by ELISA.
