Background: The risk of antibiotics resistance (AR) increases due to excessive of antibiotics either by health care provider or by the patients.

Objective: The assessment of the self-medication Practice of over the counter drugs and other prescription drugs and its associated risk factor.

Subjects and Methods: Study design: A descriptive study was conducted from “20th December 2019 to 08th January 2021”. A pre validated and structured questionnaire in English and Urdu language was created to avoid language barrier including personal detail, reasons and source and knowledge about over the counter drugs and Antibiotics. Sample of the study was randomly selected.

A total of 60 species of aquatic oligochaetes were identified in different sites within Tigris-Euphrates basin / Iraq, including River Tigris, River Euphrates, Southern marshes ( Al-Haweiza , Al-Hammar and Al-Chebaiesh ) , Shutt Al-Germa, and Shatt Al-Arab. The method is based on solving partial differential equations for the conservation of mass and momentum by finite difference method to convert them into algebraic equations.     HIV is a leading cause of death, in particular, in Sub-Saharan Africa. In this paper, a fractional differential system in vivo deterministic models for HIV dynamics is presented and analyzed. The main roles played by different HIV treatment methods are investigated using fractional optimal control theory. We use three treatment regimens as system control variables to determine the best strategies for controlling the infection. The optimality system is numerically solved using the fractional Adams-Bashforth technique.

Background: Emergency ambulance personnel (EAP) are vulnerable to PTSD. In Iraq, EAPs were exposed to life threatening situation during political violence conflict post 2003 Gulf war. This study was carried out to report on PTSD among EAP.
Patients and Methods: A total of 189 male EAPs were selected randomly from the Dept. of ambulance in Baghdad. A questionnaire form was filled for each EAP. The form included the
symptoms of PTSD according to DSM- IV (intrusive, avoidance and hyperarousal symptoms). Demographic data and exposure to violence accident, type of accident and duration of damage were included, also.
