Background: vomiting is a very common symptom of disease in childhood, it occurs both in gastrointestinal and non-gastrointestinal diseases.
Objectives: Our aim of the study was to find out the causes of vomiting in different age group, the improper management of vomiting in daily practice and to emphasis on the usefulness of imaging study in the diagnosis.
Methods: A prospective study was carried out on patients presented with vomiting admitted to Children Welfare Teaching Hospital from the first of Dec. 2001 to the end of April 2002 .The age ranged between early neonatal periods to 12 years of age.

Methodology: This prospective study included80 patients with supracondylar humeral fracture, who underwent closed reduction and fixation by two crossed Kirschner wires. The aim of this research is to measure the logical maturity of kindergarten children. To achieve this aim, the researcher adopted the scale of Gold Schmid and Bentler (1968), which was translated to the Arabic language by Shabili (1988). The scale was administered to a sample of (100) kindergarten children were chosen randomly from a number of kindergartens in Baghdad city for the academic year (2017-2018). SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The results revealed there is a level of logical maturity among the kindergarten children.
