The study examined the impact of the number, size of investment and the number of jobs provided by these enterprises on the rate of growth in gross domestic product (GDP) as an indicator for economic development. Three cohesionless free flowing materials of different density were mixed in an air fluidized bed to study the mixing process by calculating performance of mixing index according to Rose equation (1959) and to study the effect of four variables (air velocity, mixing time, particle size of trace component and concentration of trace component) on the mixing index and as well as on mixing performance. Face recognition is one of the most applications interesting in computer vision and pattern recognition fields. This is for many reasons; the most important of them are the availability and easy access by sensors. Face recognition system can be a sub-system of many applications. In this paper, an efficient face recognition algorithm is proposed based on the accuracy of Gabor filter for feature extraction and computing the Eigen faces. In this work, efficient compressed feature vector approach is proposed. This compression for feature vector gives a good recognition rate reaches to 100% and reduced the complexity of computing Eigen faces. Faces94 data base was used to test method.

This research deals  with the detection of possible surface soil pollution by radon emissions for an area located inside the university of Baghdad campus at AL-Jadiriyah / Baghdad. The area is about 5625 m² and located near the College of Science for Women. The area used as construction rubbles dump yard in the past, while recently it is covered with Silty - Clayey soil furnished with grass and used as a playground.
