Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. The study sample consisted of (337) teachers representing 52% of the study sample were randomly selected. The study result showed that level of the emotional intelligence is high and the motivation dimension is the highest. work “ Al- Insaf Fi Masael Al - Khilaf.It attempts to settle the disputes and find out the right
views.
The book presents the issnes that the two schools of Kufa and Basra dispute upon and try to
evaluate them so as to support the correct ones .The present researcher has noticed that the
author of the above work was not always right or accurate in picturing a number of issues as
disputable whereas they implicitly shared the same views .Accordingly ,this papor sheds light
on such cases and drew acadernic researchers, attention to the invalidity of Al –anbary’s
misjudged views.

The effect of insecticide lamda cyhalothrin on Allium cepa L.root meristem were studied cytogenetically .Using three concentrations of the insecticide 5%, 7.5%, 10% at 6,12,24hours treatments . The insecticide significantly reduced the mitotic index at all concentrations. Moreover showed its ability to induced C – metaphase in 10% .The effects were also caused chromosome aberration like stickness in anaphase, telophase, binucleated cells, Micronuclei formation. These alternations indicating that this insecticide was effective in producing disturbance of spindle fibers.

A comparative investigation of the anatomical characters through a microscopical examination of the prepared transverse sections of the stem was carried out. Six plates with 32 photomicrographs were provided to convincingly show the considerable variations of anatomical characters within the nine examined species. Experiment was conducted using clay pots at botanical garden of Department of Biology/ College of Education for Pure Science / Ibn –AL- Haitham, University of Baghdad during the growth season of (2013-2014).The experiment aimed to study the effect of NPK Zn fertilizer in (15-15-15-1)% with the levels 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 grams per five kilograms soil based on (80, 120, 240 kg per Hectare)in some of morphological characters and yield of Vigna radiatia. The results showed a significant increase in plant height, dry weight, biological yield, economic yield, weight of 100 seeds, harvest index, absolute growth rate (AGR) were all increased and amount of output compared with control plants.

      The complexes of Pd+2 ion with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-dieıhyl aminophenol (BPADAP) were studied kinetically and spectrophotometrically in aqueous ethanolic solutions. The reagent forms 1:1, 2:1 square planer and 1:1 bridged shape binuclear complexes with Pd+2 ion. All these complexes (violet colour) absorb light in the same region at 540, 575 and 618nm. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of discharge of water purification plants ,on the purity of Tigris River water in Baghdad city. The two studied plants were involved in the study : Sharq –Dijla and Al-Karama water purification plants. The study was attempted to focus on probable pollutants.
