In this research we present An idea of setting up same split plots experiments in many locations and many periods by Latin Square Design. This cases represents a modest contribution in area of design and analysis of experiments. we had written (theoretically)  the general plans, the mathematical models for these experiments, and finding the derivations of EMS for each component (source) of sources of variation of the analysis of variance tables which uses for the statistical analysis for these expirements

The Nuclear structure of 110-116Cd isotopes was studied theoretically in the framework of the interacting boson model of IBM-l and IBM-2. The properties of the lowest mixed symmetry states such as the 1+, 2+ and 3+ levels produced by the IBM-2 model in the vibrational-limit U(5) of Cd - isotopes are studied in details. 4-chloro and 4- nitro substituted phenol and aniline incorporated to a carboxylic group of naproxen a well-known non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) to increase bulkiness were synthesized for evaluation as  a potential anti-inflammatory agents with expected COX-2 selectivity. In vivo acute anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds (I-IV) was evaluated in rats using egg-white induced edema model of inflammation in a dose equivalent to (2.5 mg/Kg) of naproxen.
