A simple physical technique was used in this study to create stable and cost-effective copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles from pure copper metal using the pulsed laser ablation technique. This experiment presented essential oils by GC/MS, pigment content, and their antioxidant activities as well as sensory evaluation of delight samples. Limonene (66.88%) was the most prevalent yield. The peels of clementine had DPPH and ABT Scavenging activity. All levels of pigment extract had better scores for all sensory values and recorded acceptable scores in terms of appearance, color, aroma, and overall acceptability compared to control delight. Besides, delight samples containing 15 mg astaxanthin pigment extract showed maximum sensory scores compared to other samples and control delight. This paper presents the effect of Cr doping on the optical and structural properties of TiO2 films synthesized by sol-gel and deposited by the dip- coating technique. The characteristics of pure and Cr-doped TiO2 were studied by absorption and X-ray diffraction measurement. The spectrum of UV absorption of TiO2 chromium concentrations indicates a red shift; therefore, the energy gap decreases with increased doping. The minimum value of energy gap (2.5 eV) is found at concentration of 4 %. XRD measurements show that the anatase phase is shown for all thin films. Surface morphology measurement by atomic force microscope (AFM) showed that the roughness of thin films decrease with doping and has a minimum value with 4 wt % doping ratio.

In this work, a Radio Emission Background at 1.42 GHz; 21 cm Hydrogen line is carried out by using a 3-meter radio telescope, these telescope is placed on the roof of the building the Astronomy and Space Department at the college of Science, University of Baghdad. Background spectrometry files were received and arranged with a schedule of minimum observation time with span in (GHz). In this work, an observation program was set up to identify some variables related to the telescope and its study, including span, sweep time and central frequency using (MATLAB 2013 software) by reading four files which were selected from the dataset and in different observation times and different span.

In this paper the elevation angle of Jupiter at Baghdad location according to its coordinate for the period (2005-2020) has been studied. The Radio Jove pro. Edition program is used to achieve the Jupiter elevation angle at this time period. In 2007, 2008 the path of Jupiter is appeared near the horizon when the monitor trying to observe it. Current study aimed to investigate the effect of piroxicam on some hematological
and biochemcal parameters. For this reason forty males mature Sprage Dawlley rats
were divided into four equal groups. control group administrated distilled water
(G1), and three groups administrated (20mg/kg,30mg/kg,40mg/kg) body weight of
piroxicam for 45 days. The results showed significant decrease (P<0.05) in
hemoglobin (Hb) and packed ceq volume (PCV) in groups treated with
(30,40)mg/kg of piroxicam, while the treated groups produced significant increease

The aim of this study was extraction of jojoba oil using different solvents. A mixture of waterhexane and water-ethanol are used as solvents to extract jojoba oil in a batch extraction process and compared with a pure solvent extraction process. The effects of particle size of crushed seeds, solvent-to-water ratio and time on jojoba oil extraction were investigated. The best recovery of oil was obtained at the boiling temperature of the solvent and four hour of extraction time. When seed particle size was 0.45 mm and a pure ethanol was used (45% yield of oil extraction), whereas, it was 40% yield of oil at 25% water-hexane mixture.
