The production of reactive oxygen species in most diseases including osteoarthritis (OA) is confirmed to be the most destractive process to human cells. To investigate the role of free radicals in patients with OA and by comparing lipid peroxidation marker maloan dialdehyde (MDA) and Vit E as one of the potent antioxidant in Sera of (OA) patients with those in healthy population. The study includes 34 patients with knee OA diagnosed by doctors using different diagnostic parameters techniques , 18 females and 16 males and their age ranged 45 – 78 years , in addition to 32 healthy control 16 males and 16 females. The result revealed a significant elevation in serum MDA sera in both patient groups ( male and female) compared to match aged healthy control groups. On the other hand a significant decrease in serum Vit E levels in both patient groups compared to control groups, was noticed.
The available experimental data of proton electronic stopping power for Polyethylene, Mylar, Kapton and Polystyrene are compared with Mathematica, SRIM2013, PSTAR and libdEdx programs or databases. The comparison involves sketching out both experimental and databases data for each polymer to discuss the agreement. Further, we use statistical means via standard deviation resulting from the mean normalized difference to describe the precise agreement among the databases and the experimental data. We found that there is not a specific one database can describe the experimental data for certain material at given proton energy.

A fracture is a damage to bone tissue that causes damage to the tissue surrounding the bone and may penetrate the skin. Subjects and methods: the present study included (80) fractured Iraqi patients (and 40) patients with DM2 and (40) without DM2 and compared them with (40) healthy control. Patients and control are matched in age. This study showed a significant increase in retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) and a considerable decrease in Vit .A GPT and GOT in fracture patients with and without DM2. A laboratory experiment was carried out at the College of Agriculture University of Baghdad in 2017. The aim was to improve the anatomical and physiological traits of broad bean seedling under salt stress by soaking it in salicylic acid. The concentrations of salicylic acid were 0, 10, and 20 mg L-1 and the electrical conductivity levels were 0, 3, and 6 dS m-1. The complete randomized design was used with four replications. Objective of the study was to rate and analyze the physical fitness of female students from Iraq and Russia to find similarities, differences and regularities. Sampled for the study were 44 female non-sporting students: 20 students from Pedagogical University in Bagdad; and 24 students from Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism in Moscow.
