This study was conducted to determine the effect of different concentrations of ethanol extract of propolis against two fungi Botrytis cinerea, Altrnaria sp. The most important chemical constituents of propolis diagnosed by the Infra Red Spectroscopy, were the Flavonoids specificaly. Results showed a high antifungal activity of ethanol extract of propolis, evidently with a high concentration of extract (5) mg\ml, which completely inhibited the radial growth on both solid and liquid media (PDA &PD Broth ) of both fungi . We observed that , ethanol extract propolis at concentration of 5 mg\ml were sprayed on experimental infection on some plants (eggplant leavers & cucumber ) which were effected by fungal. The spraying of ethanol extract of propolis before 24, 48 hour prevented development of disease and made a good protection of the mentioned plants from being infected with this fungus. While, the ability of fungus to grow after 24, 48 hours from ethanol extract of propolis treatment was reduce markedly as compared with control ,such treatment show a slow growth of pathogen infect.
The present study aimed to try to find natural substances stimulate the production of bacteriocin, as well as "for detection of bacteriocin producing isolates. Two hundred and eighty ( 280) bacterial isolates, gram negative only, were collected from 760 different pathogenic samples, consist: (Urinary tract infection, septicemia, Vaginal inflammation and diarrhea). The isolated bacteria are: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia Pseudomonas aeruginosa,, Salmonella typhi, Enterobacter cloacae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Serratia liquefaciens, Citrobacter freundii, Proteus mirabilis and Serrattia odorifera. Cup assay method was used to detect bacteriocin production. Loc

Experimental animals were divided into four groups with six mice for each group. For mating occur, 3 females and male were placed in cage. It was confirmed that the mating took place when examining the next morning and watching the vaginal plug, and considered that the day after mating is the first day of the pregnancy. We prepared three subs lethal concentrations of curcuma longa were applied to Experimental groups except control group, 10 mg/kg, 50 mg kg/ and 100 mg/kg. From 7-14 of pregnancy we were given the pregnant mice 0.1 ml per 10 gm body weight.

Bacterial biofilms consist of intricate assemblies of immobile bacteria. These are located in an extracellular matrix and adhere to various surfaces for a long period. The present study evaluated the antibacterial effectiveness of Plantago major extract against Staphylococcus aureus biofilm. The specimens analyzed in this investigation were skin infections of clinical origin. The current study was not previously studied, particularly in terms of S. aureus biofilm breakdown and inhibition. The disc diffusion method was used to test the antimicrobial activi

Recently oncology studies are directed toward substances which act somehow to induce apoptosis or to prevent abnormal dividing of cell, that may provide therapeutic strategies for the treatment of cancer. Thus, many research on various types of plants such as fruits, vegetables, other editable plants and toxic plants have been done in vitro and in vivo. But, few studies on Datura plant were occurred and there was no previous study dealing with its effect on proliferative activity of cancer cells. In current study, two types of common malignant tumor were tested in vitro. These were mamm

The reagent forms 1:1, 2:1 square planer and 1:1 bridged shape binuclear complexes with Pd+2 ion. All these complexes (violet colour) absorb light in the same region at 540, 575 and 618nm. The band at 618 nm seems to be specific for complexes of Pd+2ion with BPADAP. The rate constants of the growth in 93% H2O + 7% ethanol of 1:1 and 2:1 complexes at 575 and 618 nm were followed the first order kinetics and are quite of the same values , 0.495 and 0.463 min- 1 respectively. The rate constants of the decay of 2:1 complex

Among these , 151 birds were found infected by these helminthes It has been found small nodules on the external surface of the intestine , Ulceration of mucosa inflammatory infiltrate , Oedemats changes and hyperplasia in the section of infected intestine were noticed.
Some genetic factors are not only involved in some autoimmune diseases but also interfere with their treatment, Such as Crohn's disease (CD), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and psoriasis (PS). Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) is a most important pro-inflammatory cytokine, which has been recognized as a main factor that participates in the pathogenesis and development of autoimmune disorders. Therefore, TNF could be a prospective target for treating these disorders, and many anti-TNF were developed to treat these disorders. Although the high efficacy of many anti-TNF biologic medications, the Patients' clinical responses to the autoimmune treatment showed significant heterogeneity. Two types of TNF receptor (TNFR); 1 an
