The longitudinal electron scattering form factors and the electric quadrupole moments are calculated for the states with J^π T= 3⁺0 (ground state) and 1⁺ 0 (583keV excited state) of ²²Na and J^π T= 3⁺2 (ground state) of ²⁶Na. Shell model calculations are based on USDA, USDB and Wildenthal interactions. The exact center of mass correction is included in Born approximation picture to generate the longitudinal form factors. The study aimed to investigate NPM1 and FLT3-ITD mutations in Iraqi patients with AML and correlateresults with other clinical and laboratory findings. In this study the prevalence of acute, sub-acute and chronic toxoplasmosis were monitored in a group of Iraqi pregnant women according to the anti-T.gondii antibodies (IgG and IgM), as well as the levels of both progesterone and estrogen hormones were measured using mini-VIDAS®technique. This study demonstrated that there was high prevalence of chronic toxoplasmosis (31.70%) when it compared with acute and sub-acute type, results also showed that the acute toxoplasmosis always related with low concentration of both progesterone and estrogen which were (5.35 ± 7.15 ng/ml) and (70.66 ± 51.08 pg/ml) respectively
