oupling reaction of 4-aminoantipyrene with the (L-Histidine) gave the new bidentate azo ligand.The prepared ligand was identified by FT.IR, UV-Vis and HNMR spectroscopics technique. Treatment of the prepared ligand was done with the following metal ions (Ag+ ,Pb+2 ,Fe+3 ,Cr+3  ) in aqueous ethanol with a1:1 and 1:2  M:L ratio . The prepared complexes were characterized by using FT. IR and UV- VIS spectroscopic method as well as conductivity measurements. Their structures were suggested according to the results obtained.

This study has been carried out to evaluate the expression level of beta 2 microglobulin gene on patients infected by hepatitis C virus before and after treatment with interferon. The study included 117 hepatitis C patients comprising as 63 pre-treated patients, the range of age was between 20-65 year with a mean age of 48.12 ± 16.1 and 54 post-treated patients with age range was between 23-63 year with the mean of 46.1 ± 18.1. In this study, doped thin cadmium peroxide films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition with different doping concentrations of aluminium of 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt.% for CdO2(1-X)Al(X) and thicknesses in the range of 200 nm. Light is an important factor that influences the growth and photosynthetic efficiency of microalgae; however, little is known about how light intensity together with the wavelength affect the photosynthetic capacity and growth of marine microalgae.
