A theoretical calculation of the reorganization energies is demonstrated for semiconductor (TiOâ‚‚, ZnO) and organic dye (safranine T, and coumarin) with a variety solvent such that (water, 1Âpropanol, Formamide, Acetonitrile and Ethanol). The reorganization energy values for dye –semiconductor interface system are large in high polar solvent (water 741 .0 ï¬ , Acetonitrile 708 .0 ï¬ , Ethanol 669 .0 ï¬ ) and small in low polar solvent(1Âpropanol 635 .0 ï¬ . The reorganization energy in safranine T –semiconductor system is larger ( 635 741.0 ï€ )than in coumarin –semiconductor for with the same solvents ( 612 .0731.0 ï€ ), this indicates that safranine T dye one more electron transfer reactive towards semiconductor.
The present research was performed to study the qualitative and quantitative composition of epiphytic algae on the aquatic host plant Ceratophyllum demersum L. Four sites in Tigris River, at Wassit Governorate were covered, during the seasons of Autumn 2017, winter 2018, Spring 2018, and Summer 2018. In this search, Ep/SiO2 at (3, 6, 9, 12 %) composites is prepared by hand Lay-up method, to measure the change in the thermal conductivity and Impact Strength of epoxy resin before and after immersion in H2SO4 Solution with a 0.3N for 10 days. Obliquely deposited (70o) Bi, Sb, and Bi-Sb alloy thin films have been prepared by thermal
resistive technique. Structural properties of these films were studied using XRD. Their resistance and
voltage responsivity for Nd:YAG and CO2 laser pulses have been recorded as function of operating
temperature between 10 oC and 120 oC. It was found that the maximum responsivity for these detectors
can be obtained at 75 oC. On the other hand, the dependence of responsivity on the width of detectors was
