There is not enough studies about bacterial contamination of air condition system in the cars and houses, bacterial detection of such   surrounding is necessary for the human environment.

The object of recent study was to evaluate the level of bacterial contamination in air conditioner in cars and houses in Baghdad city, Iraq.

Air samples were taken indoor from cars and house air conditioner   in the Baghdad city.  The result indicated that gram positive bacteria more than gram negative bacteria in air conditioner. Air condition of cars (20-500 CFU) was more contaminated than of houses (10-100 CFU).

The early detection and diagnose of the tumor using CT medical images, helps the detector to specify the tumor perfectly. This search aims to detect and classify the liver tumor depending on the use of a computer (image processing and textural analysis) helps in getting an accurate diagnosis. The methods which are used in this search depend on creating a binary mask used to separate the liver from the origins of the other in the CT images. Rare earth elements (Cerium, Lanthanum and Neodymium) doped CdS thin films are prepared using the chemical Spray Pyrolysis Method with temperature 200 oC. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis refers that pure CdS and CdS:Ce, CdS:La and CdS:Nd thin films showed the hexagonal crystalline phase. The crystallite size determined by the Debye-Scherrer equation and the range was (35.8– 23.76 nm), and it was confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM).
