Purpose: The research aims to diagnose the current availability of knowledge workers characteristics and the role of these characteristics in knowledge acquision in the city of Sulaimaniya Directorate of Electricity, and to identify the differences between personal and occupational characteristics of a sample of research and its impact on the availability of such properties.

Design/methodology/approach :to achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was developed especially for it and then distributed to a sample of engineers and technicians working in the Directorate of Electricity city of Sulaimaniya, where the sample of the research (52) respondents.

Thirty- five vaginal swab samples were obtained from women vagina.All samples
were subjected to conventional morphological and cultural characteristics, isolates
distributed between Lactobacillus acidophillus(23)and Lactobacillus fermentum (12).
Antibacterial activities were done by well diffusion and blank disk method. The
Lactobacillus was used as aprobiotic treatment against bacteriaisolates from vagina
.The isolated bacteria had strong activity against indicator strains.The results showed
that Lactobacillus which was isolated from vagina by well diffusion method was

Recently, important efforts have been made in an attempt to search for the cheapest and ecofriendly alternatives adsorbents. In the present work, waste molasses from Iraqi date palm (Zahdi) had been used as a provenance to produce charcoal for the removal of methylene blue (MB) dye from water. The optimum prepared charcoal was obtained at 150 C, by increasing temperature to 175 C, the charcoal had almost converted to ash. The obtained charcoal have been inspected for properties using scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM), porosity and surface area. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted by using
digestive enzyme and hot phenol method. The effect of LPS on lymphocyte
transform was studies by lymphocyte transformation index for twenty blood samples
were collected from apparently healthy control.
The results were showed significant differences (P< 0.05) between samples which
treatrd with phytohemagglutnin PHA (66.1 ± 0.6) and the samples which treated
with LPS of C. coli (74.2 ± 0.8) when compared with control, this lead to suggest
that the LPS extracted from C. coli may play a role as a mitogen to transformed
lymphocytes.

Between October and December 2018, 27wounds and burn swab specimens were collected by laboratories at Al-Yarmook hospital, and cultured on Mannitol salt agar. the isolate was subjected to Nd: YAG laser in different power (400mJ, 500mJ, 800mJ and 900mJ). In general the laser showed effect on bacterial growth that reach to complete killing, the statistical analysis showed that there is weak correlation between laser at 400mJ with killed percentage. While in 500mJ its exhibit complete correlation with killing percentage, this correlation was decreased with increasing in power to 800mJ and 900Mj.
