In this work, the dynamic behavior of discrete models is analyzed with Beverton- Holt function growth . All equilibria are found . The existence and local stability are investigated of all its equilibria.. The optimal harvest strategy is done for the system by using Pontryagin’s maximum principle to solve the optimality problem. Finally numerical simulations are used to solve the optimality problem and to enhance the results of mathematical analysis

Waters of some wells at Almuqdadea region Diyala province, east of Iraq have been
compared with wells at Alfalluja region, Alanbar province west of Iraq. Five wells were
selected randomly at each of the two regions to measure several factors represented by
temperature (C), P
H
, Electric Conductivity (EC), Sodium (Na),Calcium (Ca), Magnesium
(Mg),Total Hardness (TH), Carbonate (Co3),Chloride (Cl), Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO3)
Phosphate (PO4) Sulfate (So4), in addition to the heavy metals such as Chromium (Cr),
Cadmium (Cd) Lead (Pb) & Iron (Fe). The mean concentration of the above factors in water
of wells at the above regions had been measured during the period from April to September
(2010).

In the present paper, new concepts of generalized continuous mappings, namely Е_c and δ-ß_c-continuous mappings have been introduced and studied by using a new generalized of open sets Е_c and δ-ß_c-open sets ,respectively. Several characterizations and fundamental properties of these forms of generalized continuous mappings are obtained.
