One hundred of dialysis patients' mean age ( 51.18±8.28) years and one hundred healthy control group , where carried out  from different hospitals of Baghdad city , during the period between November /2012 until March/2013. The average concentration of radionuclide’s in the various banana samples were collected from being the most popular markets in Baghdad city - Iraq were measured by use Sodium Iodide Thallium [NaI(Tl)] detector. The radionuclide’s observed with reliable regularity belonged to the series-decay naturally occurring radionuclide’s headed by 232U and 232Th as well as the non-series nuclide, 40K and 137Cs. The average concentration of 40K was found the least average concentration value recorded as876.74625Bq kg-1.The average concentration of 238U was 28.6425Bqkg-1for ²³²Th, it was found to have the average concentration 14.1805 Bqkg-1. Background: pain is frequently listed among initial symptoms of MS or an occurring in the course of the disease.
Patients and Methods: one hundred thirty MS patients diagnosed according to Macdonald's criteria compared with 115 matched age and sex control were interviewed about pain Neuropathic, somatic and headache.
Results: Neuropathic pain was significantly higher in MS than control group, while LLD and ARP were of no significance difference between two groups. For somatic pain there was significant increase in MS.
Conclusion: pain is common in MS especially LLD. There is no significant difference between pain subtypes and duration of disease and FS, EDSS.
