Smoking has multiple effects on sex hormone , some of which are associated with important clinical implication .The present study was undertaken to investigate the biochemical changes of sex hormones associated with long standing cigarette smoking in 40 heavy smokers comparing with non- smoker and to correlate it with BMI for each .The sex hormones levels were determined by RIA technique . Atomic absorption technique was used to measure the zinc levels. The serum testosterone and estrogen levels of non – smoker group were 17.775ng\ml and 38.65ng\ml at p< 0.05, respectively .While the serum testosterone and estrogen levels of smoker group were 17.615ng\ml and 39.65ng\ml at p<0.05, respectively .The zinc levels of smokers and non- smokers group were 92 µg/dl and 105.5 µg/dl at p< 0.05, respectively. The BMI of smokers and non- smokers were 20.273 and 23.66 at p<0.01, respectively, which were highly significant.
The δ-mixing ratios have been calculated for several γ-transitions in 90Mo using the 𝛔 𝐉 method. The results are compared with other references the agreement is found to be very good .this confirms the validity of the 𝛔 𝐉 method as a tool for analyzing the angular distribution of γ-ray. In the present work , the a2 - ratio method has been used to calculate the multipole mixing ratios , 5 - values • of y - transitions from excited levels of deformation nucleiL-. ( 152Sm ) .
The results obtained confirm the validity of this method in calculating the o - values .
The present results are in good agreement with those of the experimental results, ref.( I ,2) , and of theoretical results using interaction boson model (IBM-I) ,ref. (5).

An electrolytic process for the removal of Zn(II) from aqueous solution using a parallel amalgamated copper screens cathode operated in the flow through mode is proposed. The current-potential curves recorded at a rotating amalgamated copper disc electrode were used to determine diffusion coefficient of Zn(II). The performance of electrolytic reactor was investigated by using different flow rates at initial zinc ion concentration(48 mg/L). Taking into account the residential Zn(II) concentration, the best results were obtained for cathode potential of (-1.35 V vs. SCE) at flow rate (320 L/h).
