This present study demonstrated that liver was involved in 14 %of typhoid patients manifesting with  hepatomegaly. All subjects were carried out to measure anti-H. pylori IgA and anti- H. pylori IgG antibodies by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
