This study analyzes how to make use of the resources in the marshlands of Iraq and how to utilize them, especially after the water returns to these areas and they are revitalized. We take an example of AL- Saheen Marsh and plan an ideal tourist resort there. This example can further expand to include other parts of the marshlands. The resort will utilize the local environment and tourist characteristics as it will have a feel and architectural resemblance to the houses and buildings that are currently built there. In addition the transportation methods will be the same as those used by the locals.      In this study, the number of times of heating of olive oil was studied. For the different refineries, the study was conducted using a temperature of 300K and for several times to determine the validity of the olive oil which is used for frying purposes after it was used for more than once times. It was found that there were significant changes in the behavior of the photophysical behavior like absorption and emission; there are changes in the nature and composition of the olive oil molecule, which makes it not useful for human use. The number of heating times was ten. The heating times also showed significant changes in the nature of the oil, such as color, taste, density, and smell.

This paper proposes a new method to tune a fractional order PID controller. This method utilizes both the analytic and numeric approach to determine the controller parameters. The control design specifications that must be achieved by the control system are gain crossover frequency, phase margin, and peak magnitude at the resonant frequency, where the latter is a new design specification suggested by this paper. These specifications results in three equations in five unknown variables.
