The purpose of this paper is to give the definition of projective 3-space PG(3,q) over Galois field GF(q), q = pm for some prime number p and some integer m.
Also, the definition of the plane in PG(3,q) is given and state the principle of duality.
Moreover some theorems in PG(3,q) are proved.
In this paper, an analytical study for the behavior of ionospheric parameters (Maximum Usable Frequency (MUF) and Optimum Traffic Frequency (FOT)) has been preformed between transmitter station (Baghdad) and many different receiver stations which are distributed randomly over Iraqi territory. Third, introduce the concept of null-additive on field as a generalization of the concept of measure on field. Furthermore, we establish new concept related to - field noted by weakly null-additive on field as a generalizations of the concepts of measure on and null-additive. Finally, we introduce the restriction of a set function on field and many of its properties and characterizations are given.
Theoretically, an eight-term chaos system is presented. The effect of changing the initial conditions values on behavior Chen system was studied. The basic dynamical properties of system are analyzed like time series, attractor, FFT spectrum, and bifurcation. Where the system appears steady state behavior at initial condition xi , yi , zi equal (0, 0, 0) respectively and it convert to quasi-chaotic at xi ,yi ,zi equal (-0.1, 0.5,-0.6). Finally, the system become hyper chaotic at xi ,yi ,zi equal(-0.5, 0.5,-0.6 ) that can used it in many applications like secure communication.

In this paper, we generalize the definition of fuzzy inner product space that is introduced by Lorena Popa and Lavinia Sida on a complex linear space. Certain properties of the generalized fuzzy inner product function are shown. Furthermore, we prove that this fuzzy inner product produces a Nadaban-Dzitac fuzzy norm. Finally, the concept of orthogonality is given and some of its properties are proven.
