Thiazoles are heterocyclic nitrogenous compounds, which were given a great attention due to their antibacterial effect, antihypertensive, stimulating glucose absorption (like antibiotics), acts as cytoprotective agent. The present work is conducted to evaluate the degree of antibacterial activity on the growth activity of Escherichia Coli (E.Coli) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) by incubation with 2-methyl-4-(3,4 dihydroxy phenyl)-Thiazole compound (MDHPT). Optical density (O.B) was measured by turbidmetric method, any increase in O.D would represent the increase in the bacterial growth .The results showed that there was a 75.7 % inhibition when using 190.4 ïg/ml (MDHPT) solution and 64.3% was obtained when using concentration of 369 ïg/ml. It has been concluded that (MDHPT) compound shows a bacterial biological activity.
The implicit is the narrative technique used to give indirect hidden messages. To read between the lines means to understand the implicit meaning that is not directly indicated. This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. The present paper discusses the implicit method and shows the reason behind which the author uses it in her play "Pour un oui ou pour un non".

Klebsiella pneumoniae is among the most frequent microorganisms isolated from infections of burn wounds. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the distribution of multi-drug resistant (MDR) K. pneumoniae in two burn hospitals and the antibiotic resistance profile in different burn regions of the same patient. It was performed in two hospitals (Al-Zahraa and Al-Karama) in Al-Kut, Iraq, between January and May 2022. Denture cleansing is an essential step that can stop cross‑contamination and adds to the health of the patient, denture durability, and the general quality of life. A disinfection technique must be practical and devoid of damaging effects on the material's properties used to construct the denture base. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of three concentrations of electrolyzed water denture cleanser on heat cure acrylic and polyamide after immersion in electrolyzed water. The evaluation is based on their efficacy on surface hardness, wettability, and color stability compared with one submerged in distilled water as a control group. Nonmissile penetrating spine injury (NMPSI) represents a small percent of spinal cord injuries (SCIs), estimated at 0.8% in Western countries. Regarding the causes, an NMPSI injury caused by a screwdriver is rare. This study reports a case of a retained double-headed screwdriver in a 37-year-old man who sustained a stab injury to the back of the neck, leaving the patient with a C4 Brown-Sequard syndrome (BSS). We discuss the intricacies of the surgical management of such cases with a literature review.
