Thiazoles are heterocyclic nitrogenous compounds, which were given a great attention due to their antibacterial effect, antihypertensive, stimulating glucose absorption (like antibiotics), acts as cytoprotective agent. The present work is conducted to evaluate the degree of antibacterial activity on the growth activity of Escherichia Coli (E.Coli) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) by incubation with 2-methyl-4-(3,4 dihydroxy phenyl)-Thiazole compound (MDHPT). Optical density (O.B) was measured by turbidmetric method, any increase in O.D would represent the increase in the bacterial growth .The results showed that there was a 75.7 % inhibition when using 190.4 ïg/ml (MDHPT) solution and 64.3% was obtained when using concentration of 369 ïg/ml. It has been concluded that (MDHPT) compound shows a bacterial biological activity.

Text based-image clustering (TBIC) is an insufficient approach for clustering related web images. It is a challenging task to abstract the visual features of images with the support of textual information in a database. In content-based image clustering (CBIC), image data are clustered on the foundation of specific features like texture, colors, boundaries, shapes. In this paper, an effective CBIC) technique is presented, which uses texture and statistical features of the images. The statistical features or moments of colors (mean, skewness, standard deviation, kurtosis, and variance) are extracted from the images. And we tried to evaluate this initiative in Algeria. In this paper, the Mars orbital elements were calculated. These orbital elements—the major axis, the inclination (i), the longitude of the ascending node (W), the argument of the perigee (w), and the eccentricity (e)—are essential to knowing the size and shape of Mars' orbit. The quick basic program was used to calculate the orbital elements and distance of Mars from the Earth from 25/5/1950 over 10000 days. These were calculated using the empirical formula of Meeus, which depended on the Julian date, which slightly changed for 10000 days; Kepler's equation was solved to find Mars' position and its distance from the Sun. Background: Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is an inflammatory, systemic rheumatic condition that mostly affects the axial skeleton. Tenascin-C (TN-C) is a hexameric glycoprotein of considerable size, upregulated in many inflammatory conditions, while Interleukin-17 (IL-17) a cytokine that plays an important role in SpA symptoms.
