N-Pyridin-2-ylmethyl-benzene-1,2-diamine (L) was prepared from the reaction of ortho amino phenyl thiol with 2 – amino methyl pyridine in mole ratio (1:1) . It was characterized by elemental analysis (C.H.N) , FT-IR , Uv – Vis , 1H , 13C-N.M.R . The complexes of the bivalent ions (Co , Ni , Cu ,Pd , Cd , Hg and Pb) and the trivalent (Cr) have been prepared and characterized too . The structural was established by elemental analysis (C.H.N) , FT-IR , Uv – Vis spectra , conductivity measurements , atomic absorption and magnetic susceptibility . The complexes showed characteristic behavior of octahedral geometry around the metal ions and the (N,N,N) ligand coordinated in tridentat mode except with Pd complexes showed sequare planer . α ,Kf,εmax for the complexes were estimated too. β for Co – complex was calculated . The study of biological activity of the ligand (L) and its complexes showed various activity toward staphylococcus aureus and E.coli.

A seemingly uncorrelated regression (SUR) model is a special case of multivariate models, in which the error terms in these equations are contemporaneously related. The method estimator (GLS) is efficient because it takes into account the covariance structure of errors, but it is also very sensitive to outliers. The robust SUR estimator can dealing outliers. We propose two robust methods for calculating the estimator, which are (S-Estimations, and FastSUR). We find that it significantly improved the quality of SUR model estimates. The available experimental data of proton electronic stopping power for Polyethylene, Mylar, Kapton and Polystyrene are compared with Mathematica, SRIM2013, PSTAR and libdEdx programs or databases. The comparison involves sketching out both experimental and databases data for each polymer to discuss the agreement. Further, we use statistical means via standard deviation resulting from the mean normalized difference to describe the precise agreement among the databases and the experimental data. We found that there is not a specific one database can describe the experimental data for certain material at given proton energy.
This paper deals with the ideological positioning of the English poet John Donne in a selected poems of his i.e Holy Sonnet X, as regards the theme of death found therein. The researchers adopt an emerging branch of stylistics, called Critical Stylistics, as proposed by Jeffries (2010) in order to uncover the ideologies of the author regarding the topic concerned and how linguistic choices are used to slant ideas. The model is comprised of ten tools of analysis which, upon being applied to the selected data, have shown how the poet exploits language resources in order to pass his ideology and influence his readers. In this paper, the workings of only one tool are presented as applied to a certain portion of the data.
An inert matrix that is used to control the release of (PTX) was prepared using Eudragit RL100 and RSPM types as matrix forming agent . The matrices were prepared by either dry granulation(slugging) , or wet granulation method using chloroform as a solvent evaporation vehichle.
