In this study Isolated Pathogenic bacteria which causes Conjunctivitis in Children with ages between less than 3 year to17 years, admitted to Ibn Al-Haitham Eye Specialist Hospital. 102 cases were collected which include 69 Male Formed (68%) and 33 Female Formed (32%). The result of the recent study shows that the highest percentage of Male was 21% for 1113year ages and the lowest percentage was 3% for less than 3 year to 5 year ages. In Female the highest percentage was 15% for 9-11year ages and the lowest percentage was 1% for 1517year ages. In this study fifty tow isolates were identified, Gram Positive Bacteria were Predominant compared with Gram Negative Bacteria. With 32 isolates which formed (62%) whereas the number of Gram Negative Bacteria was 20 formed (38%). The Antimicrobial Susceptility test to commonly used Antimicrobial showed that the most isolated Bacteria were Resistance to Antimicrobial (Ampicillin, Erythromycin, Gentamicin and Chloramphenicol Base) and Sensitive to (Cephalothin, Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin and Tobramycin). The Antimicrobial Susceptility test of Staphylococcus spp. to Oxacillin showed the predominant of Oxacillin-Sensitive Staphylococcus which (92%) whereas the percentage of Oxacillin -Resistant Staphylococcus was (8%).The Effect of Breast Milk on 52 Isolates Showed the Efficiency of Breast Milk on almost isolates. The growths of thirty five (67%) isolates were inhibited while there was no effect on 17 (33%) isolates. The results of this study concluded that Breast Milk has Antimicrobial Activity against Gram positive and Gram negative Bacteria.

ABSTRACT The isolation and characterization of (27) isolate of extreme halophilic bacteria was performed ninteen isolate belonged to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb.halobium. Hb. salinarium, Hb. volcanii. Growth curve and generation time in logarthmic phase was measured and found to be (12.8hr±0.32), (11.2hr±0.2), (9.8hr±0.87), respectivaly. Effect of various concentrations of NaCl, KCI, NH4Cl and MgSO4.7H2O was studied, NaCl was essential for the rod shape rapid growth Rat and pigmentation. Less than 1% concentration caused lysis of bacteria. Yeast extract was the best carbone source as compared with glucose and casamino acid.
Effect of Chlorococcum humicola alcoholic algae extract was studied on the growth of, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumonia, which were isolated from contaminated water. The extract of Ch. humicola showed a high efficiency in reducing the numbers of the two types of bacteria. . The removal rate of K. pneumonia were 0.0, 48.4 and 57.0, The removal rate of P. aeruginosa were 63.1, 79.8 and 82.9% after24,48, 72 h respectively. This tornado occurred on 10:30 UTC (1:30 pm Iraq Local Time) on 14 April 2016 to the north of Kahlaa town in Maysan governorate. We analyzed surface and upper charts, weather conditions, the damage indices, the dynamical features and the instability of the tornado. The analysis showed that there was a low pressure system which was an extension of the Monsoon low in addition to a supercell thunderstorm and a jet stream aloft.
