Background: Lateral cephalometric radiography is commonly used as a standard tool in orthodontic assessment and treatment planning. A new simultaneous spectrophotometric-kinetic method was developed to determine phenylephrine (PHEN) and tetracycline (TETR) via H-point standard addition method (HPSAM). The proposed procedures rely on the measurements of the difference in the rate of charge-transfer (CT) reaction between each of PHEN and TETR as electron donors with p-Bromanil (p-Br) as an electron acceptor. In this paper, a new procedure is introduced to estimate the solution for the three-point boundary value problem which is instituted on the use of Morgan-Voyce polynomial. In the beginning, Morgan-Voyce polynomial along with their important properties is introduced. Next, this polynomial with aid of the collocation method utilized to modify the differential equation with boundary conditions to the algebraic system.
