S.boulardii was grown under aerobic conditions and antagonized with young overnight nutrient broth cultures of test bacterial isolates and other kept in refrigerator for a week after full growth . The antiphytopathogenic effects of the crude methanol extract of Cladophora glomerata (Lin.)
